Do you offer returns and exchanges?

Yes we offer returns on items that are delivered faulty or defective. However, our policy does not allow for exchanges due to hygiene reasons.

What is your refund policy?

We have a 30 day refund policy, where you can receive a full refund for faulty or defective products. 

How long do I have to return my items?

We have a 30 day window for returns once you’ve received the products.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned package.
